About Intentional Giving

Intentional Giving is a 501(c)(3) charitable distribution entity (pending determination) focused on zakat, sadaqah, and donor-advised funds for Muslim households. We operate SeeMyZakat and GetMyZakat on technology built by Intentional Engines Inc.

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam. We believe it deserves the same rigor as any professional financial obligation:

Intentional Engines Inc. is a separate technology company that builds the underlying infrastructure. Intentional Giving licenses and operates that infrastructure. Both entities share a vision for intentional living but operate independently from a governance and finance perspective.
